What you may do

Personal use licence. Print as many copies as you like for yourself or as gifts. Resale or commercial redistribution of the file is not permitted.

• Print the file as often as you like, for yourself or as a gift.
• Use it as a screen background, phone wallpaper or on a personal blog with credit.
• Have it printed by a professional print shop on your behalf.

What you may not do

• Resell, licence or redistribute the file itself.
• Sell physical products made from the illustration.
• Use it in commercial branding, packaging or advertising.
• Claim the artwork as your own or remove the artist's credit.

Payments

All payments are processed by PayPal. Fursketch never sees or stores your card details.

Refunds

Because these are digital files delivered immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable. That said — if a file is faulty, will not open, or is not what was described, email within 14 days and it will be fixed or refunded.

Commissions

Custom portraits are quoted individually and paid before work begins. You will see the finished piece before the final files are released, and one round of small revisions is included. Commissions cannot be refunded once drawing has started.

Downloads

Download links stay valid for 30 days and may be used up to 5 times. Lost a link? Email from the address you ordered with and it will be re-issued.

Privacy

Your email address is used to deliver your order and answer your messages. Reference photos you upload for a commission are used only to draw your portrait. Nothing is sold or shared.
